About Me
My name is Nakita S. C. Manigault. I've always wanted to be a teacher, so this is my dream come true. I never would have thought that not only would I become a teacher, but I would be able to come back home and give back to a district that helped me become the person I am today.

I am originally from Mcclellanville, SC, but I recently moved to the City of Charleston. I am a recent graduate of Claflin University, in Orangeburg, South Carolina, where I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education. I am a first year teacher, and I couldn't have been chosen to work a better school. I am so appreciative of the opportunity to work here at CPA, along side many amazing teachers and administrators.

This year I have the pleasure of working with Mrs. Laura Shaw. This year we will be team teaching. I will be responsible for teaching English Language Arts and Social Studies, and Mrs. Shaw will be responsible for teaching Math and Science. So far we have done some amazing things with your child, and have made many gains. I enthusiastically look forward to seeing your child make even more gains as we continue throughout this school year.

Thank you so much for allowing me into your life. I hope I make a difference!
